To see someone putting in that much hard work into their body reflects their lifestyle and usually the type of person they are and I admire that in someone. Dedication, persistence, discipline.
No amount of you “dieting” is going to fix a shitty work ethic and a piss poor training routine. Conversely no amount of “intensive training” is going to make up for piss poor nutrition.
