The reason I find fitness so attractive is simple

To see someone putting in that much hard work into their body reflects their lifestyle and usually the type of person they are and I admire that in someone. Dedication, persistence, discipline.

Putting my fluff to werkkk. Finally hit 135 for consecutive sets for the first time since before prep. Seven sets of five. Then hit 155 for a couple sets of two. Not much but I’m building these trees day by day.
