The Whole Fitness Thing

Just a little photoshoot of and with the most beautimous smoothie I’ve ever ever ever have. It LITERALLY tasted like a shake that I’d get on Johnny rockets….except completely healthy! (Whipped cream=healthy for the soul so…)

Banana Reese’s Malt:
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1half cup water (or more milk)
Ice
Banana and a half (frozen!)
1 tbs chocolate whey protein
1 tbs peanut butter
2 blocks dark chocolate (I used 85% cocoa)

BLEND BLEND BLEND EEERYTHING except leave the chocolate to blend at the very end! Wooooo!

Oh and I topped mine with whipped cream :)
